Can anybody help every time i click on the link Surround picture of beach on the webcam all i get is a blank screen with an x in the corner. Do i need to download a plug in?

I just tried it and got exactly the same thing.So sorry can't help.

Yes it sounds like you do need a plug-in of some sort
