A nice big fish caught by our waterspots boys  ( Sammy and Garry) going out with one of their boats for fishing.

it's a Gofos  (Bluefish) It weighted  25 kilos  and I have already placed my order for a couple of kilos.

Im a month too late, bluefish is best eaten when very fresh as this one looks, chargrill or pan fry keeping it simple yummy

OMG. That would keep me in bourdetto or bianco for at least a week! It's nearly as big as Sammy or Garry!!

Oh my word Dimitris, how BIG is that fish!!
I bet they were so pleased if not a little surprised when they caught it Wish I could be there to try some but I expect it will all be gone by the time Christian & I arrive next week....
