whether you make it back to blighty without suffering a massive bout of incontinence is i guess just one of the occupational hazzards associated with with such a ludicrous idea and unfortunately i dont think a pack of Tenna ladies would be of much use either

I have just noticed that unleaded petrol is now e1.44 per litre but was too shocked to catch the price of deisel.

Apart from other issues this will mean an increase in Taxi fares this Summer.

But we're an adaptable lot, us Forum, and these little pokes on the chin will neither deter us from running back to the UK and I hope will not deter you from enjoying your hols.

My 'ole mother used to say :-

I remember after we "went decimal" we were all shocked by increases in costs, but we coped - and NOW look what we're paying!

Well, we're getting the bikes out again! Eggy, whenwe passed yesterday, the diesel for heating was 70cents. When we bought it a couple of weeks ago, it was 66 cents a litre.
We were too busy gasping with shock, at the prices, didn't register them all!
