Has anyone noticed the Wine Festival video today?

I can watch all the other videos but when I try to view this one it says I am not authorised to view this resource. What have I done wrong Dimitri?!

Thanks Dimitri,,,,when I scrolled down a bit there was also a picture of the Wine Festival video and that was fine when I clicked on it.
