Guests old and new will be pleased to note that Bardis Sun Studios have gone independent.  You can now book direct with Poppy & Spiros for your stay in Arillas.  Studios are 150€ per studio per week (May to September).  The new website is up and running and you can link via this site or you can check out www.bardissun.com.  We look forward to welcoming you for your holiday in Arillas.

I'm replying to this to keep this topic "alive". I know many people who've stayed at Bardis Sun Studios and all have enjoyed their stay.
Poppy and Spiros are such lovely people, as is their son Bobby (I've not yet met George)
and Poppy does the best eggs ever!!!
We'll call in to see you in May, with Joan and John

Sometimes we get "used" to one place and daren't try anywhere else - we've been like that with Kaloudis.  We're there again in May, but trying Horizon in Sept/Oct, but will still call and see Poppy and Spiros a few times while we're there..

I've not met Poppy, Spiros or their sons yet but I've heard nothing but praise for them.

Good on you Janis for helping raise the profile of people who go quietly about their business catering for us visitors.

Hi All!
I must say that although I have never stayed at the Bardis Sun Studios I know lots of people that have and they all give the premises a good review. As you will probably know from my posts, I use the Bardis Sun Hotel, next door and also rate this as the best all round accommodation in Arillas as far as I am concerned. Dorita's breakfasts are amazing!
I am a great fan of Poppy's bar in the evenings, where it's great to drop in and meet friends and have a wonderful welcome from Poppy, Spiros Bobby and when he's not in college George. They are great hosts, and I have so many happy memories of evenings spent with them, looking forward to May when they will be open for my second week (14th onwards) for more typical warm and friendly Arillas hospitality.
