Dionnysos 1

We have booked the Dionnysos for the 3rd time and will be going on 10th July, can't wait
We did want to book Dionnysos 11, but the travel agent could only book Dionnysos 1. Does anyone have any ideas what we can do

Is it true that they now have live entertainment at the Rainbow on Saturday and they have televisions in the room

Yes it's true there are TVs in all the rooms and I also saw a notice advertuising live music there on the following Saturday.....but I left on the Thursday!

Any ideas of how to get into Dionnysos 11 instead of 1

I can't remember what Jimmy and Spiros said about the TVs and I haven't stayed there this year. I know it has English news. Send a pm to Peter and Andrea who were there last month - they will know if there are Greek channels too.

As regards allocation, the last few times I looked on the internet you could only book Dionysos 1 - they didn't seem to have a separate slot for 2. You could try emailing the boys to ask them to allocate you a room in block 2 as I always think they are better.

They have tv at the Brdis now but to be honest there isnt much too watch.One bbc news channel that seems to be on a loop.

so stupid the way they do bookings for dionyssos 1 and 2 now. It all depends on a tiny code in the bookings and the way it appears determines whether its 1 or 2. We've raised this issue a few times now with the uk and our quality department are trying to adjust it so travel agents know what they're booking. However if you're allocated a block it is not possible to change so if you're booking in future ask the agent if they can find out more. Amanda x

Seriously John and Dot, we are so glad yous are going home again. We can't afford to be there - we would so love to be there to see riggers again and meet MartinW as well as renew our July Odyssey with yous two luvvers. Just make sure you buy our Eggy an ouzo. We will be wallowing in self-pity the whole time you are there. Our lovely Eileen said it before RATBAGS!!!!!!
