Hi.

I cannot go on holiday without my own pillowcases or chair. I drive my hubby mad!
I have little interest in masses of clothes but love pillowcases ( dont go out in them!). Not that lovely linen is not supplied!

What other strange things do people take!

Books...books...books.  I can't bear the thought of boarding the plane without my holiday supply.  As soon as I'm settled and the plane takes off my new book is out and my holiday has seriously started.   YESSSS!!  OMG'D's just the thought of sitting in Eftihia with my book and a drink sends me into ecstasy!  (sad or wot?!!)

Clothes, books, pillowcases and ??? you can all keep. What I can't live without is good drink, good food, good company and good s**. No wonder I am an Arillas Addict.

Yes Phil

It goes without saying good food and company are vital! Where are you staying this year, do you have your own fan club! ? You are an expert  on Arillas as well as an addict!!

Hope to meet you for a laugh! Scene!

jo-jo luvver I know nothing. Fan club? I would run a mile. I am an Arillas man amongst many others. My adored Jen is an Arillas woman, as large as life itself. We will be there for two short weeks in July. But forever one day soon.

Just join us all in being true Arillas Addicts

hi Eileen

I take a fold in a bag chair. It weighs about 6kg and has a handle. This year i am taking one with flowers on! It was from Wollies, it is comfy to read in. I always take one and then i will leave it there for someone else. not worth bringing home. It is useful as i know i will be comfy even on beach or will go in hire car.

Every year my hubby Stephen says we are not taking that chair again, i am not carrying it!! But of course i get my own way and it always comes in useful. You will know who i am when you see me in it. Bright blue with multicloloured flowers on!

To be honest it is a good idea as if i want to go to beach for short time i dont have to hire bed. I will hire bed for sunbathing but sometimes i get bored and only want 30mins!!

Never any problem at airport, someyears i am not sure they even count it as alowance as you have to take it to different area to hand in like a buggy!! It isnt heavy at all. (always fly from leeds)

Why not give it a try!!!

Eileen

Jo jo I think it's a great idea, especially when you only want to go to the beach for a few hours.  I might just give it a try.

You should be easy to spot so I'll look out for you.

I don't need anything. Not even clothes... But I have to follow the social mores and wear something in the tavernas and bars. I could live in a tent on the beach and be happy, as long as I had enough for the next Mythos. And Roula's sofrito...

Yes it's Phil again (no apologies)
