Hi all

Thanks for your wishes, just to let you know I feel shocking this morning, had to get up early to walk amy to school, came home and collapsed on bed.  I have got to get myself together as I am supposed to be doing lunch with my friends at 1pm.  The way I feel at the moment I couldn't eat a things.
I know, I know, self inflicted.
