16th July for 2 weeks at Mathraki with my daughter Lee!  This will be our 4th consecutive year in Arillas, 3rd at Mathraki.  (We do love it there!)

Financial constraints almost forced us to abandon the idea of a holiday this year but fortunately bank of dad came to the rescue - but he doesn't know that yet!!!

One of thr reasons we always re book early is to ensure availabiity.I guess by doing it through at Thomsons at Kaloudis we pay the price they specify.Frankly to ensure we will be there we dont mind that.We can certaintlly recommend Kaloudias but if anyone wants to come to Arillss in any other way that is great because the main thing iswe all promote it as the perfect resort we know it is.That is what the local business need they want us to do.

hear! hear! Adairsl. Some love Kaloudis, some love Tria Adelphia, some love ..... Jen and I love them all.

Arillas offers an amazing range of choices for just about every taste except the plastic, all inclusive, money-grabbing stuff that seems to make the most profit for tour operators. Arillas just in't like that and never will be.

You know, we know, the boss knows. Let us all hope that Arillas will buck the trend in 2012 and have a spectacular occupancy and new blood. The taverna owners are ready and waiting for them all....

Phil is right about the great choice of places to stay in Arillas.  Julia and I have (so far) only tried the Horizon (once) and Kaloudis Village (four times) and highly recommend both.  We know the Kaloudis Village is difficult to book unless you book early so we tend to book as soon as we get home from our last holiday - be there again in September.
Just hoping Phil's expressed hopes for a good season in Arillas comes true this year - the whole Greek economy needs all the support we can muster.

We think times are tough here but the Greeks have it a lot worse than we do. So we will do our bit when we arrive  August 24th at Kaloudis.
As many have said, let`s hope Arillas booms this season.
Seems to me that all of us move heaven and earth to be in our favourite place and enjoy all that it offers.
Pat and anyone else who is there on same dates as us, look forward to seeing you!
