I have finally managed to get back to do a post.
I have been having so many problems with my computer' i have been tearing my hair out.

Don't put Balloons in the back of the PC

Sorry about that.
I know that this is no consolation for getting knocked out of the F.A. cup but Mr Wiley failed to apply the law relating to outside interference.
Because the balloons interfered with play and they were an outside interference, the game should have been stopped and after the offending items (Balloons) removed from the pitch
The game should then have been restarted with a dropped ball.
Professional refs?
