Peri, at Coconut, is also looking to spend some time with you all.

Can't wait to see Peri and Yiota and others :)

Like Phil quotes me I quote him ... *DEEP SIGH*
Life is good ;)

20 deg in the shade, before midday? - WOTSTHATALLABOUT?

I know a few lucky people who are here tomorrow who, just maybe, want the sun tweaked a few degrees more.

Safe and non delayed journeys to all.

Cheers

Like Janis says:
Oh, I wish I could click on "like" (thumbs up) as on FB sometimes.
It's the only thing I miss on this forum. But one small complain though:
The chat having been moved from the forum to the weather site is not a
good idea, most of us don't go there a lot. (Please put it back Dimitris!)

Wishing everyone happy holidays

I agree Connie....and it's right at the bottom of the page so you have to scroll right down.

Retirement is a joke Neill. 5 hours of physical work in the sun would kill me. Like you say, WATSTHATALLABOUT? Somehow 5 hours dancing in the Nut is different. But I "retired" from teaching, and somehow ended up right where I began. Just a bit less, and a lot less pay.

That's the end of rant. Arillas Today is like a bud about to open. Some Arilliacs are arriving, and the season begins. We will be part of it soon. I seriously hope that when the bud opens it blossoms into a great 2011, in spite of all the other rubbish.

Phil - I echo your sentiments entirely....

It's early season in Arillas, our favourite place and our favourite people are waiting to greet us, and the only difference is when each of us can get there.  We will all have a lovely relaxing time, we will all enjoy ourselves, and, at the end of our holiday, we will all want to be back again!

Some of us will be back again this year, some of us will have to wait until next year, but we all share the same feeling - WE ALL LOVE ARILLAS!

Whatsitallabout?? This is what we all work towards....

I've been told that George is now runnng this after giving up the bar on the beach front. The older guy, Yiannis, who used to run it is George's father.

We used to call him "John the shop" and he was notorious for hitting on the ladies who visited that emporium. I have also read on here that George (John's son) of Helen's Creperie is now going to be running the show at the supermarket opposite Mathraki. The only difference I can see will be that the ladies will be flocking in to drool over the shopkeeper rather than shopping elsewhere....

Both my tongues in my many cheeks. lol
