There's a right ole "gale" in Arillas today with more waves that the Queen's done in her last 5 years.  There's enough "foam" in the sea to shave David Bellamy.
( Who doesn't remember David Bellamy then ? )

A couple of "brave souls" in the water but all the cautious ones were relaxing with late meals or drinks watching weekend footie!
The Graziella looked to be doing well with their seating area, overlooking the beach, which was well protected from and breeze that nature wanted to throw at them.

There will be many a meal eaten out, tonight in Arillas, but not many outside on the front. But then, as we know, all sea front Tavernas/Hotels look after their customers with the necessary "windbreaks".

Probably 22 deg, in the shade, as I type and maybe only a coupla deg more in the sun.
Doesn't stop anyone enjoying Arillas though!

Paul n Denise, having a wee dram, at Rainbow didn't look to concerned about the weather.They are new acting Roving Reporters , by the way, as we have a computer glitch here which stops me loading photos from the camera. --- Durrrr.........

Does it have a current M.O.T. , I wonder! . If he hit's something, he won't have a leg to stand on. ( He's only got one now! )

As Eggy has already said his computer is not playing so a few words from us .......
Added a couple more members to my list this weekend, had a chat with Graham who goes home on Monday and spent a great evening with Anne & John ,( feel a bit like a trainspotter without the anorack) at the Rainbow BBQ with an impronto sing along from a Scottish group and Jimmy teaching all that could stand Greek dancing!! wicked night.
So far have eaten at Broucklis, Portafino and Rainbow with plenty of time in the next week to try out more. Spiros at the Rainbow has just given us an interesting talk on grafting Olive trees.

The Malibu has an end of season offer of buy one get one free - Royal Ionian

To celebrate his new (very bright) street light, Dimitris is giving a free bottle of wine with all meals this week.

The sun made a welcome appearance today topping 30 at one point

Peter Kay past through Arillas today and gave a quick stand up in the Nut

Eggy won a game of darts
