Arillas Today - You know as, with the current heatwave and popularity of the beach not very much changes. - Arillas today is therefore as good as ever!

But what about Arillas tonight?
On our walk down to the beach festival we bumped into Lisa and Steve.

They go home tomorrow.
I know some transfers take a little time but stood by a bus top really takes the biscuit

And the beach "partying" was in full swing at 9:30 pm! - We found a lovely couple who have recently moved to Afionas.

Bob and Penny - Afionas, 5 mns from Arillas, is now their new home.
Really nice people who want to fit into the Greek way of life and change nothing!

And the festival itself? - The road, from Portofino to Kaloudis, was chokka block with people enjoying the dancing and kebabs and a few lambs cooking on the ole spits.
I hope these pics show just a little of, what was going to be a very long and happy evening.




And finally..... Who do we meet in the Hotel Akti?
Kevin G and Kay and mum Barbara.



Off tomorrow after a very good week plus break. They all had a very good time and I was very proud to be just a small cog in their renewal of marriage vows.
Possibly a final drink tomorrow pm but , if not, then - Safe journey you guys!.

So, at just before midnight here, home at Kavvadades, I think it's maybe time now for a decent cup of coffee and off to bed.

They tell me it was yet another cracker of a holiday at Rainbow.

Don't worry Neill!

That is sometimes the problem with the small cameras!
If you are too far away from that motive what you want to photograph,
it is getting too dark, because the flashlight is not strong enough!
But it is fine Neill, we see all on the photos

I will do riggers!
For night photos you need a stand and than a special program for night photos
and that program is without flashlight!
I make with that program all my night photos!
The one with the tree, or the night photos from the Horizon,...
