Arillas today is 25 deg and breezy with more "die hards" than I thought would be at this time of year.

An amusing time on the way home as behind a quad bike that kept his left hand indicator on. I bet that confused him when he got to the top of the T-Junction and turned left!!
"Durrr! Did I signal already?? - ring 2220001 to update your brain cells!!"
Anyway he played safe and when tuning right to Corfu Town he did not signal at all!!
Happy days !! - At least they had helmets on.

That said.... today was a laid back day and if twas not I would have stopped the quad and fixed his indicator,
(Course it was broken, No one leaves it on permanently?)

18 deg at 8am? - 36mm of overnight rain? - Internet coming and going?
and......... nearly all of Arillas will be closed by the end of the week.
(Brouklis and Thalassa may soldier on for a while)

Winter must be on its way!

anyway, the good news is there will be an abundance of parking spaces.

Your kind wishes are very welcome. Arillas is on wind down but so good that owners/waiters now have the time to sit and chat with you.
Not a bad 24 deg as a side dish which to accompanies that.

Arillas today , guys winds down with 27deg on the "2 hottie 4 bottie" monitor at 6pm.
Tas been a super week weather wise but very sad to see many late guests hunting around for lunch!
By Monday it looks like Brouklis and Thalassa will not even be open for evening meals and Ina's will no longer be available for an afternoon drink and meal.
Kostas on Beach has been closed and is due to open next Wednesday. To the best of my knowlegde that will be the only place in Arillas that has a Winter opening unless Armourada follow suit and Athina possible open for weekend evenings.

But.............. good news is that "Lithero" Yiannis and his Pizza offerings has been operating with a vengeance and many are enjoying his eat ins and takeaways. - Well dun You!
His plan is to be open for these super goodies on Fri/Sat/Sun over the Winter.
(In fact, Weggs family has been here for a week and we will be munching a takeaway, from there, tonight.)
21st to 27th Oct and they have been in the sea? - WOTSALLTHATABOUT???

Eat yer heart out guys.... tis not all doom n gloom
Cheers

Greenbeans

Noticed on the webcam this morning that the last two beach umbrellas have now been taken down for the winter, now just watching for the bench on the end of the jetty going into hibernation for another year. Looking forward to seeing you again 2023. First frost of the season here in the North East this morning, as if things aren't paid enough in Blighty. :(:(:(

The weekend forecast for bad weather commenced overnight with thunder, lightning and other of heavy rain which , suprisingly, only touch 30mm.
A darkish and chilly morning here with a tad of breeze. Don't like the look of those clouds though!

and...... November 5th. - Bonfire night in the UK.
Was that rumour true about Kevin??.
I was told that he was sitting outside Tescos with Beverly and passersby kept putting pennies in her handbag - You Guys!!!
Cheers
