and then to the Nut to watch my beloved Tottenham playing ManU.

Life is good/goog in my Arillas today :)

Goog Gog Woman!
Shouldn't that read Tottenham losing to ManU 3-1?
(Eggy could get buttock kicked here.)
Bugger! - Still comes under Arillas Today though!

:D kicking you will get dear Eggy! We actually lost 3-0 but Royal Ionian got me over it ;)

And shortly we will head to the beach for a days hard craft of lying down. *deep sigh* What a hard life in Arillas today.... ;)
Life is good ;)

Janis

Lovely reports Erja,
I know you're having a hard time coping, but chin up!!! (He heeee).
Give my regards to the Armourada family, Pooley, and Yiota.
Soon I will be Corfu too, counting the days to be back in my new home.

See you're keeping our seats warm Erja. We'll be there next Friday to take them over.Enjoy.

Eggy

Arillas Today?

Life is still good/goog but only two changes

1. The temp now sits at 35 deg at 6pm.

2. (Just for Erja) - She hasn't got to watch Spurs lose again!

TonynGlenda - I'm sure that Erja n Heide will keep your seats warm for your arrival but I fear that after my "Number 2" comment she may super glue mine.

I'll catch 'em both soon. - Maybe a Nuttie Visit tomorrow afternoon?

Cheers

Or try Thalassa Eggy. Often to be seen warming the seats there at lunchtime. And I wouldn't be surprised, super-glueing one!!!

I'm jealous too Janis. Two months of slog between now and being in "Arillas Today." At least it's not 12.

Our love and best wishes Erja and Heavy luvvers. It's a hard job, but someone has to do it....

Erja

Arillas this morning is a gorgeous one! We are actually going to get rather adventurous and take a bus ride to somewhere else!

But then we will return later in the afternoon but cannot tell when but couple drinks there will be somewhere ;)
Life is good ;)

Eggy

I walked out of Kavaddades house, lunchtime, and there were 20 people all pointing hairdryers at me, and all set on maximum heat!!!!

Well, not really but that's what it felt like.

I think I am getting a heat fetish! - 35 deg at just gone 7 pm? WOTSTHATALLABOUT.

Erja n Heide will tell ya that tis a hottie yet again and, as I sit here and punch keyboard it is 27 deg in the house.
(Apologies Erja - Business this afternoon - Couldn't do the Nut)

Anyway.........................The beach continues to look after everybody and still offers that 'ole sea to coolya down.
Meanwhile ...........My corduroy trousers and tweed jacket continue to melt and fall apart around me.
Am I doing something wrong here?

I will retire gracefully, in the knowledge and satisfaction that many August visitors are sharing with, many others, all that Arillas has to offer.

Cheers All

Sounds perfect for me Eggy - but I don't (yet) have business in Corfu, and can just wallow in the glorious hot weather. Or I could if I were there....

Loved the hairdryers analogy - so many posts about these modern objects - and all that is needed is to walk outside in the glorious weather.

I'm not jealous. Believe that and you'll believe that the moon is pink....

Just thought you'd like to see a few pics of "Arillas Today" about an hour before I got home to temps of 37 deg.

Erja and Heidi were found, chilling out in Portofino, and both look very  ....... - "Arillas-ized"

(Rumour has it that Portofino need more Mythos delivered tomorrow!)

Met Tony New and wife at the Rainbow, this morning, whilst enjoying a brekkie and poor Wegg has to keep the plaster on for another week.
(X-ray on Wednesday so fingers crossed - Makes a change from broken!)

Sandy is here and did her "50 lengths" this morning.
Michelle is here and did her brekkie as an alternative to the "50"

All is well and all is busy and all are enjoying. WOTMOORKANISAY?
Cheers

Thanks for the pics Eggy.  As ever they say more than 1000 words could.
Julia & I are due to be "Arillas-ized"
very soon (arriving 5th September) at the Kaloudis.  Just hoping the good weather lasts (although a little cooler would suit nicely).
