Lovely pics as usual Marika - the forum's "first lady of photography."

Jen an me would also love to buy a calendar. We have so many ideas rattling round in our heads - perhaps a www.arillas.com calendar, using forum colour scheme, featuring only our dedicated forum photographers and Arillas pics, resume's on the back, available online to forum members and visitors, can be bought in Ailllas too, big push to sell at Christmas etc etc. The forum pulled off the song (before our time sadly, but we still play it now and then) and I am sure we could do this.

What a fantastic promotion for the forum, the village, the photographers and all....

We could all vote for the 12 (?) pics online to make the content truly democratic if that is what we want.

Any views? We hope we can do something like this.

You are all soooooooooooo beautiful!
I have no words!
"I make very good photos" you all say!
Since if I was a small child I like to make photos.
Everybody was laughing about that,
because everywhere I went I had my camera with me.
You never seen me without that. But I can say a lot of them are not really good.
Than I came to Corfu and 2 years after I get my first Digital camera.
and in that year I discovered my passion for the photography.
I would have never expected, that I am praised in such a way for it, as from you!
All of you make my feeling in the moment very high,
in a momentary very difficult time for me.
That is why I can cry! You all make me very happy, with your lovely words for my photos!

Marika, you see what we don't until you capture it on film. Then we see it. That is what art is about. Horizon pool poster looks like an African river. Our friends stand and stare at it. Filipos just shrugged, bent his knees and looked at us in disbelief (BTW he will be back here shortly.)

Have you thought about portraits? You would be brilliant there too. Whoever took Dimitris and Bebis had Jenny dictating a post on the forum. Beautiful. She said "perhaps Marika took it?"

I am serious about a calendar -  it would be a treasure for both Jen and me. It could also help Dimitris and the forum.
