hi,can anone please tell me if there are any historic ruins within walking distance of arillas.my mum and dad are coming with us this year and they love old ruins.thanks very much,cx

this site gets more interesting by the minute .(and i should know cus im always on it   )on the new link (agios georgios)  i have found that in Afionas there are ruins of a fortress built in 300 BC by Pirros King of Epirus. and that the north west side of Akri Arilla there are excavations which uncovered a village dating back to the Neolithic times.my mum and dad will be made up
