Dimitris, will this be displayed in Arillas?  And is it true your fiance will be carrying the torch at some point?

No it was last evening in Corfu town and YES litsa caryed the flame.
there were many thousans of people in corfu Town Yesterday including my self.

Seeing the photos, I'm happy.
I was afraid that they may burn down the island with that toarch.
In case the flame comes back, I know some beaches worthwhileto do

I might be able to videotape the opening ceremony and the final day of the games for you if you would like ??

Wow, we are so impressed, what an honour for you all, you must be so proud of your fiancee and rightly so.  We love to hear from you and all your news, it feels like we are still with you.  We are looking for flights and hope to return early September.  Meanwhile hope you do as well in the games as you did in the football!  Love & Best Wishes to you all and so great to see the photos.  We are really proud of you. x

Dimitri the photos are wonderful and thank you for co-ordinating our huge Arillas group so that we could share Litsa's proud moment. Just to say fantastic games and a big thank you for the Greeks for putting on a great Olympic games 2004, well organised ,good security ran like clockwork.

I agree a fantastic games, made all the better by watching most of it whilst in Arillas! Just a shame about what happened in the Marathon, as far as security was concerned- some protestor pushed the winner into the crowd. Apparently it's the same guy who got onto the race track at the British Grand Prix not so long since.

Yes I saw it just after i wrote on Forum and it was the same chap in the British Grand Prix, I don't think he will like the Greek jails some how!!!!!!
You were lucky to be out there whilst the games were on ,a good atmosphere in the bars no doubt ??
