Cheers, Sandy,

Evening meal at the Mirage, and I think you just may be able to see a booklet on the table.  I wonder how that got there....??

Or is it a case of every picture tells a story?!

Ho-hum,

Hi everyone,
Thanks for all the information about the green mud. Didn't know about that!!
I suffer from psoriasis, which is a skin-illness, and the sun and the salty water
has always helped a lot. Next year I will try the mud-treatment as well!
Best regards Connie.

My hubby has the same problem but two weeks in Arillas and it clears up almost totally!
So there you go, not only is Arillas a great place to be, but It's good for your health as well. What more can you ask?!!

Thanks for that Mary.  Don't know how I missed your report and super pics - have had a good read and look at them now.  Glad you tried underwater photography - it seems to have worked very well.  Have you booked for next year - we are at the Kaloudis 13/27 September 2010.
Best wishes

Hy Patrick
Glad you liked the underwater pics. They were taken with a disposable underwater camera, I'm now saving up for a digital underwater camera which also takes videos for next time. I haven't booked for Arillas next year, as I don't really know what will be happening next year, just taking things day to day. Hopefully though I will be back. September in Arillas would be good and I do think Kaloudis  has everything   you need and it is immaculate.

Take Care

Mary :)

Viv - we both use the clay - plaster it all over - let it dry and then go for a swim to wash it off. It seems to moisturise the skin beautifully. Phil sometimes has 'cornflake' elbows - this clay certainly helps to slough the dead skin off. Just try it - its good for you. Anne xx
We were in Arillas for 2 whole months and going again for 2 weeks :-)

Glad to see the Green Mud topic revived after a long spell by Ann.  It's great to know that someone else from Lincolnshire is a fan of green mud.  We Yellowbellies (Lincolnshire born & bred people) really ought to find yellow mud, but perhaps the green mud is just as good, after all the county flag is red, blue & green!
