Just seen 1.16 today. Tempted to change what I have saved so far for a little gain in anticipation of the election what's everyone's thoughts?

Jo , hard to call. - We transferred sterling over at e1.171 , last week. - Yesterday we could have got close to e1.18. - Doesn't sound a lot but when you equate it to a "4 months Corfu living allowance" it's quite a few euros extra.

I was going to do the same Jo, its a tough call.....
It was 1.17 at a Pawnbrokers in Brum yesterday that exchanges money with is excellent
Wolverhampton Wanderers, pride of The Midlands......

Very tempted to buy now. We're putting euros in Christmas envelopes for some of my family as my children and Grand children are finally joining in Arillas this year for the first time. Might wait a bit longer as suggested?

Hi
With the good news from the election and the end of a hung parliament hopefully it will go higher soon. It was up to 1.21 today online.
Thanks to our northern disillusioned friends.
With the uncertainty now over, of the word I am not allowed to say, we can move on.
I will have to change my signature.

Good News?? - Sounds like you voted just for a good exchange rate??
However , it is good exchange rate , at the moment. -

For the euro exchange rate I recommend you guys try "Transferwise"

For Geoff , I would say ... re-arrange the letters in " It's Conservatives" and you get "I see Con-artists"
(I can use the 2 V's left over - Winston did it , I just need to turn the hand the other way)

Luv it , Geoff , but over the years many people have said to me .... Christmas is never Christmas without brussels!!
but... the exchange rate continues to sprout! - A small consolation to ease the long term pain.
