For over 35 years now I rent apartments. Simple and familiar apartmenthouse, located in a small village called Kavadades in the NW of Corfu, near the two most beautiful beaches, Agios Georgios & Arillas Beach, on a hill overlooking both bays, near the beautiful little village of Afionas.
All apartments have a balcony, from where you have the best view, to one of Corfu`s most beautiful sunsets.
At a distance from 2.5 km both bays are easily accessible by car and easy walking distance. There are many recreational opportunities offered. Sunbeds and umbrellas can be rented on the beach.
Kavadades and the places situated Arillas, Agios Stefanos, Agios Georgios, Sidari offer numerous shopping opportunities and a varied evening entertainment. The possibilities of renting vehicles such as cars, scooters and bicycles are available in all locations.
The apartments are fully furnished and equipped, each have a balcony, wifi and air – condition.
The 30m² apartment for 2 persons has a bedroom, kitchen & bathroom
The 50m² apartment for 2-5persons has 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a single bed, kitchen, hallway, bathroom & a living room with 2 sofa beds
The 80m² apartment for 2-4 persons has 1 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, kitchen, hallway, bathroom & livingroom. Aslo there is a washingmashine.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided free of charge, which are changed regulary. Cleaning takes place weekly.
